**To create a service**

The following ``create-service`` example creates a service. ::

    aws servicediscovery create-service \
        --name myservice \
        --namespace-id  ns-ylexjili4cdxy3xm \
        --dns-config "NamespaceId=ns-ylexjili4cdxy3xm,RoutingPolicy=MULTIVALUE,DnsRecords=[{Type=A,TTL=60}]"
