<header>Can backup virtual servers?</header>

This field determines if the reseller is allowed to make use of Virtualmin's
backup features. The available options are :<p>

<dl>
<dt><b>Schedule and make backups</b>
<dd>The reseller can both schedule backups that are run on a regular basis
    automatically, and use the web interface to run backups manually.

<dt><b>Make backups only</b>
<dd>Backups can only be run manually using the web interface.

<dt><b>Neither</b>
<dd>The reseller has no access to backup functions.
</dl>
